Mango juice formula - simple to make custom made mango natural product juice formula. It is made in a blender just, an absolute necessity to have a go at throughout the mid-year season.
For making the juice, I like to utilize great assortment mango which has no or less strands like Alphonso, Kesar, badam. Tragically, I am not ready to get any of this assortment here in USA. So I have utilized Ataulfo also known as champagne mangoes which is Mexican natural product. This is the best match to substitute Indian assortment mangoes.

Juice produced using new mangoes has exceptionally invigorating taste. You can diminish or build the amount of water in the formula. It relies upon how extraordinary or less mango flavor you need in your juice. I would not suggest making juice slim like maaza or cut. Since locally acquired refreshment has counterfeit flavor. Ingredients:-

1. Fresh Ripe Mango - 2 big{I used banganapalli variety} comes to 2 cups when chopped

2. Sugar - 2 tbsp

3. Water - 1 cup

4. Icecubes - few

How to make mango juice:-

Wash the mangoes, remove the skin and chop them into cubes. Add it to a mixer/blender along with sugar and ice cubes, add water and blend it to a smooth juice.

Strain and discard the leftover pulp(this step is purely optional). Add water if you want to dilute more or add ice cubes as I did and serve chilled.

Serve chilled with ice cubes, enjoy your homemade maaza.
